  Please teach your drive-thru staff the difference between controlling the conversation and talking over someone. It has gotten ridiculous lately and it is incredibly rude.

  Including the outdoor area, would be possibly the biggest in Townsville. Fast service and I found the staff friendly and helpful. Not many McDonalds I've ever been to, where the staff will check every table to see if there's a paper for you! Impressed! One thing needs improvement though, and that's the fact that McCafe's left unattended for long periods and if you want a coffee, lots of staff can be delivering meals at the drive-in window just close by, and if it's a bit of a pain for them to look sideways and see if anyone's at the McCafe counter, they should put in a bell on that counter. Other than that, very good!

  The service here is unbeaten by any McDonald's I have ever been too. Also, even during peak times it is very clean and tidy. Absolutely recommend!
